Featuring The Living Daylights UK one sheet poster from June 1987. The new Bond, played by Timothy Dalton, is introduced in this design by artist Brian Bysouth, based on a photograph by Jim McCrary. The poster features action, villains and the quintessential 007 heroine (Maryam D'Abo) and was amongst the last to feature handpainted artwork before the franchise moves towards computer manipulated photographic images.

Natural oak. North American oak, sourced from the northern states where the temperate climate ensures a slow growth rate. The resulting timber is ideal for picture framing, with a consistent colour and grain. The source forests are managed sustainably, in line with international standards. The timber is milled in the UK. Each frame is crafted in our own workshop. A finishing wax is applied by hand, creating a satin finish that emphasises the character of the timber.

Black stained ash. North American ash, sourced from the northern states where the temperate climate ensures a slow growth rate. The resulting timber is ideal for picture framing, with a consistent colour and grain. The source forests are managed sustainably, in line with international standards. The timber is milled in the UK and finished by hand in our own workshop. A black stain is applied, followed by a hand polished coloured wax, creating a deep lustre.

White satin. Responsibly sourced solid wood frame with a smooth white satin finish.

Paper. Printed on matt 250gsm conservation digital paper - a very versatile high quality material made in Germany from acid and chlorine free wood pulp. This is manufactured on a Fourdrinier Machine, a process first perfected by and patented by the Fourdrinier brothers in 1803.

Window mount. Artwork is complemented by an extra-thick window mount, creating a visual separation between print and frame. The mount is 2600 microns thick and acid-free, which ensures it will not discolour over time.

Glazing. The picture is glazed in 2mm continuous cast acrylic with an optical clarity of 92% to ensure your artwork is displayed at its best. Potential damage from sunlight is greatly reduced by 90% UV protection. Acrylic is safer than glass in your home or workplace and being 100% recyclable, it's great for the environment too.
