Our returns process is simple.
Restrictions. Please note that due to health and safety, jewellery is non-refundable. Clothing cannot be returned worn or washed. A damaged/faulty item can only be replaced for the same item. Products bought from one of our live experiences must be returned or exchanged at the place of purchase.
