We hope you will be delighted with your order, however we also understand that minds and circumstances change. Please be reassured that you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to notify us if you wish to exchange or return it for a full refund, less the original delivery charge.

Our returns process is simple. 

• Ensure your item is in perfect, unused condition, complete with tags and labels.
• Please email us at customerservice@007store.com to discuss your issue, and include your order number. We will agree a course of action and give you instructions.
• To return it to us, rewrap the item in its original packaging, complete with documentation and post to 007Store Returns, Unit 11 The Edge, Humber Road, London NW2 6EW  
• We will then process your return, refund or exchange. 

Restrictions. Please note that due to health and safety, jewellery is non-refundable. Clothing cannot be returned worn or washed. A damaged/faulty item can only be replaced for the same item. Products bought from one of our live experiences must be returned or exchanged at the place of purchase.
