The Milk Hazelnut Cream Truffle With Gold Leaf has a fine milk chocolate outer filled with a luxurious milk chocolate and hazelnut centre, embellished with a sliver of edible gold leaf. The Milk Chocolate Truffle has a classic milk chocolate shell with a creamy Madagascan vanilla centre, lightly dusted with cocoa powder. The box has a black tie design with gold highlights and a gold back.
