Backstory.  Representing the Special Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion, the iconic SPECTRE organisation mark first appeared in the film From Russia With Love in 1963 and was updated for Spectre in 2015.

Details. Presented in an aluminium tin, the set contains 20 SPECTRE shaped paperclips in black painted metal. Each paperclip is made up of carefully bent wire, shaped to reflect the iconic SPECTRE octopus, with an inbuilt clip mechanism.
